Minority Care International Dormitory Ground Breaking

Minority Care International

MCI celebrated the commencement of its dormitory with an official groundbreaking ceremony. All the Thompson School board members, in addition to their students, attended. Guests from Texas participated in the ground breaking ceremony: Greenville community leader Matthew Beasley, MCI contributors Mr. and Mrs. Joe Killgore, engineer Ray Salmon, and businessman Brad Byers. Each participant talked about the importance and purpose of building the dorm and also putting our faith in God to start the construction. MCI plans to build the first floor in order to move in and then to complete the other floors. The dorm will allow MCI to bring more underprivileged youth from the mountainous regions, to provide them college scholarships, and house them in the dorm.
